How fast will I receive my key?

Delivery is instant. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your licence key and activation instructions are emailed to the address you provided at checkout. Most orders arrive within a couple of minutes.

I haven't received my key — what should I do?

First check your spam/junk folder and confirm the email address you used. If the key still hasn't arrived within 30 minutes, contact us at contact@vaultkeys.net with your order number and we will re-send it or investigate straight away. See our Delivery Policy.

Are your keys genuine?

Yes. VaultKey sells only legitimately sourced licences and game keys. Every product is sold directly by VAULTKEY LTD — we are a company store, and we stand behind every key we sell.

My key doesn't work

If a key fails to activate, contact support with your order number and a screenshot of the error. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described and fit for purpose — a faulty key will be replaced, or refunded if we cannot supply a working replacement. Secure payment

How is my payment protected?

All transactions on vaultkeys.net are encrypted with TLS (the padlock in your browser). Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers; your full card details never touch our servers.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Prices are listed in US Dollars. Where supported, you can browse and pay in your local currency using the currency selector.

Do you store my card details?

No. Card data is collected and processed by the payment provider only. See our Privacy Policy for what personal data we do hold (order details, email address) and why.
