Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern all purchases from vaultkeys.net, operated by VAULTKEY LTD ("VaultKey", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. About us and our products

VaultKey is a company store: all products are sold directly by VAULTKEY LTD. We supply digital products only — software licence keys, game activation keys, prepaid codes and digital subscriptions ("Digital Content"). Nothing is shipped physically.

2. Orders and contract formation

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email your Digital Content or an order confirmation, whichever comes first. We may decline or cancel orders where fraud is suspected, pricing was manifestly incorrect, or stock is unavailable; any amount paid will be refunded in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US Dollars (or your local currency where the selector is available) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors that are obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as such.

4. Delivery

Digital Content is delivered by email, normally within minutes of payment confirmation. See the Delivery Policy. Time of delivery is not of the essence, but if we fail to deliver within 24 hours you may cancel and receive a full refund of the undelivered item.

5. Right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

You normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. For Digital Content, by placing your order you (a) expressly consent to immediate supply of the Digital Content before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, and (b) acknowledge that your right to cancel is lost once the key or code has been supplied to you. If you have not yet been supplied the key, you may cancel and receive a full refund. Full details in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Faulty digital content (Consumer Rights Act 2015)

Digital Content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a key is invalid, already used, or does not activate the product described, we will repair or replace it; if we cannot supply a working replacement within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Licence terms

Keys activate products supplied by the relevant publisher (for example Microsoft or Adobe). Your use of the underlying software or game is governed by the publisher's own end-user licence agreement. Regional or platform restrictions, where they apply, are stated on the product page.

8. Acceptable use

You may not purchase for resale at scale, use stolen payment credentials, or attempt to defraud us. We may suspend delivery and involve law enforcement where fraud is suspected.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data, arising from use of the Digital Content.

10. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

11. Complaints

Contact contact@vaultkeys.net; we aim to resolve complaints within 14 days. If you are an EU consumer, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK or EU retain any mandatory protections and forum rights of their home country.
