Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all purchases from vaultkeys.net, sold by VAULTKEY LTD. It sits alongside — and never reduces — your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Digital products and the 14-day cancellation right

All our products are digital content delivered by email. When you place an order you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that once your key or code has been supplied, the 14-day right to cancel is lost (regulation 37, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).

Key not yet delivered? You may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
Key delivered but unused? The statutory cancellation right no longer applies, but contact us anyway — where we can verify with the publisher or platform that the key is unredeemed, we will consider a goodwill refund or exchange.

2. Faulty, invalid or mis-described keys

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If your key:

fails to activate,
is reported as already used, or
activates a different product, region or edition than described,

we will replace it free of charge. If we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund. Please send your order number, the key, and a screenshot of the error to contact@vaultkeys.net. Replacement is our fastest remedy and is typically completed within 24 hours.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription codes (for example, month-based memberships) follow the same rules: cancellable in full before the code is supplied; once supplied, replacement/refund applies only if the code is faulty.
